A very good camping near the track, and on the road we're going to drive:

www.campingipianelli.com

Attention, I'll have to book and pay for you, BEFORE the end of January...

Ok, update for the campers...

I called them and the better solution for the camper is to send them DIRECTLY an email, book the place, and follow their instructions for the payment.

I advice you to book togheter to have near places in the camping, and to pay less bank taxes over transfers.

Given that it is a very good/beauty camping, I suppose it is better for you to book AS SOON AS YOU CAN, to get the place for all of you!

Remember that we are going to have the track sessions on Saturday, so you'll have to be here on Friday.

Sunday afternoon the meeting will end, so we will leave them the possibility to return home immediately, or, if they prefer, stay here for the dinner, sleep here, and leave Italy on Monday morning.

So it is on your choice, you'll have to book for Friday and Saturday evening for sure, and for Sunday evening if you want...

Ok ?

CITAZIONE (vsideboy @ 4/3/2007, 22:19)

It is on the road we will make on Sunday... and it's 5 minutes from the highway...

So I think it is still a good option, even if it's 30 minutes from our hotel...

Ok ?

ok mate, no worries. it'll give the campers a few extra minutes to demolish their tents before we get there to meet them.

Hi Dan,

as I told you in my PM, this is very strange....
this is a big and international camping, and never had a problem with them.

Tomorrow I'll phone them.

When do you send the mails ?
Who send them ?

Dan,

I phoned them few minutes ago.
They told me they didn't receive any email from UK...

BUT

they told me that they currently have free spaces for tents, so you can go there...

ok ?

LMK

;)

BTW...

I still advice you to stay in the hotel with us... consider that the triple room is 30 euro per person/per day with breakfast...

Believe me, it's quite unconfortable for anyone to stay far from the rest of the crew..

FOR EXAMPLE:

-Friday we will meet in Parma, 30 minutes from the hotel, but an hour from the camping.
Campers will have to go to the camping to place their tents (1 hour - 50 kms), but then come back to the hotel (45 minutes - 40kms) to have dinner with us... and then return back (45 minutes - 40kms) to the camping to sleep...
And Saturday morning, come back to Parma at the highway entry...

a bit uncomfortable, and expensive... in time and in fuel costs !
