Friday 24 August


In the afternoon we'll wait for all the people to come here...

The meeting point will be the "PARCHEGGIO NORD " ( Northern parking ) located at the PARMA's highway exit.

PS: I mean PARMA's exit on A1 highway, NOT PARMA OVEST's exit on A15 highway.

In the evening, accomodation and dinner in our hotel.

Saturday 25 August,


08:00 Breakfast

08:30 We will have to leave the hotel to make around 100 kms of road/highway to reach the track in Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia)

We will be there till 18:00 when we will have to return back in Parma to have dinner...

20:00 Dinner (19 euro)

22:00 pub/dancing







Sunday 26 August


10:00 meeting at the hotel

In the morning, we will make a 50/60 kms trip of mountain roads to reach typical restaurant in the Appennini mountain.

13:00 Lunch

In the afternoon there is then the time for pics, and walk.

Around 17:00, the meeting is officially finished, so, WHO wants to get home, is free to go.

BUT if someone wants to stay here, and return home the Monday morning, we will have a dinner together at 20:00.

PRICES


Talking about prices, consider that we are going to pay :

- 25 euro for the Friday dinner at the Hotel
- 19 euro for the Saturday dinner with Disco
- 20 euro for the Sunday lunch
- 40 euro for a double room per person w/breakfast,
or 30 euro per person w/breakfast in a 3-persons room,
in a good hotel with closed parking

So, FOR EXAMPLE, if someone is coming here from Cyprus, arrives here FRIDAY afternoon, and goes away MONDAY morning, setted in a double room, is going to have:

- FRIDAY
1 dinner (25)
1 night + breakfast (40)

- SATURDAY
1 dinner = 19 euro ( not 25 euros as previously written )
1 night + breakfast (40)

- SUNDAY
1 lunch (20)
1 dinner (25)
1 night + breakfast (40)

and he will pay around 215 euros.

First of all, thank you for your questions.



Yes, the FRIDAY DINNER will be in the hotel, so everyone can accomodate, have a shower, make love , before the dinner.

So we will move soon from the meeting point, in guided groups, to the hotel.




It is going to be a pre-booked menu.
This is necessary for the high number of participants, and to have cheaper bills ( less than 30 euros ) .
Anyway, the pre-booked menu will have many courses, with different food, so to be fine for, possibly, every taste.




For the SATURDAY DINNER, it won't be a problem to book at the moment, because there will be less people.

Saturday's dinner price = 19 euro
I talked to the owner and got this particular price for us.

Ok... ;-)

When I'll have ALL the money, and accordingly to the total number of people that will need a room, I'll choose the better hotel for us ( price is the same )...
so I'll tell you soon, as I'll pay the rooms...

A Parma ci si trova il Venerdi' 24 Agosto nel pomeriggio... dalle 16:00 fino alle 19:00, al Parcheggio Nord ( North Parking )



Si,
l'uscita e' PARMA sulla Autostrada A1 Milano-Bologna ( attenzione... NON e' l'uscita Parma Ovest sulla A15 Parma- La Spezia )

Il parcheggio e' 100 metri dopo essere usciti a Parma, sulla destra.

Quando passi da Parma di preciso settimana prossima ?
